Pete for Model Number GU1500XTLB1 The unit has been problematic for about 6 months. After turning off power (via breaker) the washer has been OK, so that became my wash routine. Now that doesn't work. Over last few days, the Cancel button has worked after the reset. Now it doesn't work either. I'm guessing, based on other posts, that this is either a touchpad issue or a control board issue (hopefully not both.) The unit is black. How should I proceed? Thanks!
Answer Hi Pete. It seems like the keypad is not reponding to your commands. The black one is currently out of stock. Part # WP8534839. We can expect more by the first of the year. You can access the units tech sheet that will allow you to enter into a field service test to help decipher if the keypad or the control board is in question. Control board is part # WP8564543.
