Todd for Model Number 66516973200 I have a Kenmore Elite dishwasher that burned out the thermal cut-off fuse and slightly scorched the control board. The unit was unplugged for several days, and I have replaced the fuse and double checked all connections. The dishwasher will allow me to select a cycle, but nothing happens when I press start. When I run the diagnostic sequence, all of the lights come on, but nothing happens. I tried manually advancing the sequence, with no luck. Could I have a bad control board?
Answer Hello Todd. Make sure the ribbon cable and the door switch is good. If the board is burnt, replace the control assembly WP8564543. Hope this helps. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Wednesday, February 8, 2012
