Answer Hi Bryan. So since all keypad lights work then communication between the control board and the keypad are good. You need to see if the motor windings are in spec's. and not shorted. The tech. sheet will assist w/this. Is the motor locked down as if the chopper blade may have something holding it? Volt/ohm meter part # MA-DM1. All electrical devices have to be within 10% total value in order to be good. Is the unit getting the full 120 vac at the board while the door switches are tripped ? Look at the fill switch under the float to see if the float stem is correctly activating the float switch. Did you ohm out the water valve to see if it is open or shorted to the body mount ?
