Mike for Model Number KUDP01ILBL6 My Kitchenaid dishwasher stopped working and the normal and cancel lights began flashing. When I reset the washer by shutting down breaker for 30 min +,There were no lights flashing and I could run the dishwasher with no problem. Sometimes I also reset the panel by alternatively pressing hi temp scrub - hi temp dry 2x. When the dishwasher completed its full cycle and was done the normal light stated flashing again and if I hit cancel, the cancel light began flashing too. I can make the unit work again by following my procedure above. Any thoughts on what needs to be replaced. Thank you.
Answer Hello Mike. Check and make sure the heating circuit is working properly and if so, you will need to order and replace the control board WP8564543 in the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
