Lotus for Model Number KUDM01TJBT0 Ordered the AP3133651 from you and replaced. It worked for about 2-3 weeks and suddenly it stopped working. No button was working.Checked the ribbon cable, it was clean and dry, reconnected but it didn't work. Contacted your customer service and they sent another unit and which is also not working.
