Hello Mike. You will need to put the dishwasher in stand by mode. Then press heated dry, normal, heated dry, normal, within 6 seconds. The unit should start a cycle. Let it run through the cycle and complete. You will need to test the heater WPW10082892 and the thermal cut-off WP661566. They should read closed for continuity. If they are good, you will need to get your water hot at the sink each time before you use the dishwasher. You can test this with a multi-meter MA-DM1. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter.
