Hello Wes, The unit goes into a thermal hold 2 to 3 times during the cycle. If the temperature is never met then the unit will not advance any further. You will want check the resistance of the thermistor and all of the connections in the thermistor circuit. You will also want to check the ability of the control to read the thermistor in the diagnostics. There is a wiring diagram that will tell you the resistance of the thermistor and how to access the diagnostics cycle. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html
