Nagesh for Model Number KitchenAid KUDS01IL Hi, My dishwasher generally works fine. However, every now and then it stops randomly. After opening/closing the door or cancelling and restarting, it generally works after a few tries. I had a tech come in to check thinking that it is a drainage problem. However, he said the drains are all fine. He told me that the control panel may be bad. Do you think this is the problem or do you suspect something else? thanks, Nagesh
Answer Hello Nagesh, It could be anything from water temp not right and taking longer to heat the water to proper temp to the control panel being faulty. If you access the tech sheet under the toe panel there should be a way to put the unit through dianostics which will help to determine the exact problem. Read More...
