Kip for Model Number Kenmore Elite(Whirlpool) 665.17462300 No heat when washing or drying. Thermister, high temp and heat coil all test correct for resistance. Back of circuit board behind relays is black/melted in one area. Suspect it's the relay for the heat cycle. Will replace the circuit board but wondering if there is a root cause for the failure other than age (7 yrs). I don't want to blow a $150 part on install!
