C, As I understand this, you replaced the thermal fuse and the control board in the front of the dishwasher, and still have a problem ? Have you replaced the control panel/ key pad assembly as well WP3385741 ? If you have, you need to insure the ribbon is properly plugged into the control board connector, that the ribbon is not creased, cracked or twisted. You also want to insure you install and small amount of vaseline around the ribbon and control board connection, to reduce the possible moisture and debris getting into the connection and creating problems for the control board.
