Gene for Model Number GU2400XTPB1 I have a quiet partner III. After I start the dishwasher it will often stop at the 63 minute mark. I cannot restart it without opening the door and closing it. Sometimes I have to do that two or three times before it works. After it eventually restarts, it will typically finish the cycle. However, sometimes it will stop again at the 36 minute mark. I am assuming that I need a new control panel. Is that correct?
Answer Gene, This issue sounds like it could be stopping to heat the water in the unit. If the water temp is not hot enough it will not advance the cycle. You will want to check to see if the heater is getting voltage at this time which will tell you it is trying to get water to temp.
