Nicolas for Model Number DU1100XTPB! The dish washer dont turn on on the start. Led green on clean always flashing. If you push the reset botton the drain pump works whe finish the led clean stay on. If you push the botton for start dont do anything just flash the led 3 times. I check on the bottom of the dishwasher and found a wire burn on the terminal of the heater element. Just the terminal and the plastic around the terminal. Put a new conector on the terminal but it still making the same problem. Can you help me?
Answer Hello Nicolas. Press heated dry, normal, heated dry, normal, heated dry, normal, with the unit in stand by mode. The unit will power on and run a short cycle.
