Hello Norm. Check and make sure the float is not stuck in the up position. If the float and the float switch is good, you will test for power coming to the water valve. If there is power coming to the valve, and not water, replace the water valve. If there is no power there, and the float is good, replace the control board WP8564547. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
