Joe Gawron We bought a damper control replacement, arrived and the wires are different. It seems that the wires on the old unit are the problem, because when we wiggled them, the damper would close and not stay open. The new unit only has black and red-the old unit has 4 more. How do we get these new wires?
Answer Joe, We seriously doubt the four additional wires are available, they're probably "foamed in" inside the cabinet walls. Try and get us the model and serial number off the production tag inside the refrigerator compartment, near the top of the ceiling on the left side wall(usually).
