John S. for Model Number KUDS24SEBL5 I just purchased a new console but not the insert, thinking I could simply take the insert out and put it in the new console. It looks like, however, the insert was glued into the old console. Is that a common practice? Or is there some trick to removing the insert? It doesn't even budge/move no matter what I try.
