Duane for Model Number 59669162991 The condenser and the fan work. The fridge seems to run the defrost cycles properly. There is air coming out of the vent in both the fridge and freezer. However, the entire unit will not cool below 70 degrees. The coils are clean and free of ice. What could be the problem?
Answer Hello Duane. Check and see if the compressor is running on the unit. If not, the relay WP10097204 and the overload 10377024 may need to be replaced on the unit.
