Compressor windings measure approximately 4 and 5 ohms, 9 ohms total when measured in series. Total current draw on refrigerator when running is 0.5 amps. Start relay has minor rattle sound when shaken. Does the compressor draw that little amperage when the start relay fails? Do I need a new start relay and capacitor?
