Since you claim, the tines are no longer included with the rack per manufacturer, I suggest you change the photo supplied. As it shows the exact lower rack I had, which included the tines on the back portion and I assumed I would get such rack. Can a consumer order tines? This is so sad, as I can not! I repeat can not use the back portion of the rack for dishes. I should have received what I ordered per photo not what you decided to send to me.
Answer Hello Tina! Unfortunately, the tines on the lower rack are no longer available per the manufacturer. I do apologize that our photo was misleading, as that is the picture of the original rack, not the replacment. I have requested that the photo be updated. At times, the manufacture replaces old parts with newer parts from newer appliances so the older appliances are still functional and it seems this has happened with your model.
