Catherine for Model Number DWU9200AAX Where and how do the tines attach? They are much longer than the tines of the original model which where incorporated into the rack itself w/o attaching parts. Please help me out on this.

The picture shows the clip downside up. You will want to turn it, so the upper part in the picture attaches to the actual dishrack and the tines to the ends left on top. Hope this helps! Read More...
