Behind the control panel and in front of the capacitor is a thermal fuse which may be shorted and telling the board an overheated condition existed, and the fan needs to run to cool down the unit. They use this to obviously alert the customer of an issue. Thermostat part # 4158368. Carefully unhook one wire and the condition should stop. Be extremely care full as high voltage is stored in the capacitor and you don't want to come in contact with the terminals. Thank you. Read More...
