Jimi for Model Number MDE3500AYW Maytage Dryer- Runs heats up (all cycles) just won't advance. I replaced the entire Timer assembly including skirt and knob but nothing changed. Could it be the dryness control. or is there something else I could check? Thanks for your help
Answer Jimi, First check and make sure you have a neutral connection to the dryer and the white wire at the dryness control board. Also check the brown wire from the display board to the timer motor terminal on the timer. If you have the circuits on the wires, then replace the dryness control board. Answer Hello Jimi. Test and see if there is power coming out of the brown wire to the timer on the dryness display WP33002389. If not, you will need to replace the dryness display. Hope this helps. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Friday, September 16, 2011
