Clement for Model Number wfg374lvs2 The top burners all work well. The bake and broil do NOT light. I hear them spark, and can see the spark on stove top burners, but the gas in oven/broil never lights. I also smell gas. Does this oven have a separate ignition for both broil and bake? Should I look at safety valve? Thanks
Answer Clement, This unit uses a spark module board which will control both the top and the oven but on different circuits. If the igniters are sparking in the oven but not lighting then the safety valve would most likely be the issue. If there is no spark then you would want to test at the clock and make sure that there is power being sent to the spark module for the igniters to come on.
