Ray for Model Number RED4400VQ1 My dryer has a control dial that one side is a timed dry and the other side is a dryer sensor control that is suppose to dry longer based on the moisture of the clothes. that side doesn't seem to be working anymore. I am trying to find where in the dryer the sensor is that controls this and if you guys sell it. I haven't been able to find it. can you tell me where on this site it is. the exit venting is in the back of the drum not the front where you pull the lint screen out the top. any help would be great thanks. ray
Answer Hello Ray. You will need to check the cycling thermostat WP3387134 in the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
