John M for Model Number GVW9959KQ2 Control Board on occasion starts itself and registers 44 on the machine. Some times you can turn the unit off on the panel and it will stay off then other times it will keep turning back on to the 44 setting (the 44 is the setting for a normal wash). When it keeps coming back on the only way to stop it from coming on is to unplug the machine. When the machine is plugged back in the washer works normally until the next episode begins. Will replacing the Electronic Control (Part AP3837551 MFG Part 8571359) correct this problem?
