Jimmy, The F5 E3 error indicates a loos or ground or L1 (120 vac) to the range " Loss of 120 VAC across L1 to ground or Q19 circuit error. Check ground continuity on all ground harnesses. Replace control". Your first check should be at the power supply to the range, make sure you have 220 VAC across the L1 and L2 terminals, 120 vac from L1 to N and L2 to N, and a good, solid ground circuit to the chassis.
