Hello Boomtown. Check and see where your loosing voltage at. Unplug the wires going to the element WP4391960. Test each wire to ground and find the dead wire. Trace the wire and see if the motor or the timer is bad. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter.
