Ken for Model Number LE5760XSW0 I have to run dryer 2-3 times to get clothes dry, I read one question that sounded like my problem. The answer was the insulator needed to be repaired. What and where is the insulator?
Answer Hello Ken. If your dryer is heating, it sounds more like a ducting issue to me. Contrary to popular belief, the heat in the dryer does not dry the clothes. The air flow does. The heat is an assistance to the air flow. The heat evaporates the moisture but the air flow carries the moisture away from the clothes. In light of this information, I would recommend that you check your exhaust duct to ensure that it's not crimped or too long and complicated. The shorter and straighter the exhaust is, the faster the clothes will dry, the lower the electric bill will be, and the longer the dryer will last. Sure hope this helps you! Read More...
