Steve It used to snap on and off of the lower agitator(For the past 16 years). Now it is very loose. The bolt is not loose or missing.
Answer Hello Steve. You will need to check the upper agitator and the lower agitator to see which is stripped and replace the broken portion. If the upper agiator is stripped only, you will need WP63753. If it is the lower agitator you will need 387838 which includes the upper portion. Thanks! Read More...
