David for Model Number JDB2100AWS My dishwasher sprays water out of the upper arm, but it does not spin. I can manualy spin it freely. It is not bound up. The filter is clean. The lower arm spins very slowly. The impeller looks fine and the shaft is not bent. The tub fills up to bottom of the element. Is this a motor problem? or something else?
