Answer Hello Debbie. Check and make sure there is 240 volts coming to the unit and the elements and thermostat 7403P855-60 test closed for continuity. If so, you will need to replace the control board WP8507P232-60 in the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
