The oven sensor should have a resistance of 1090 ohms at 77 degrees and would add 2 ohms for every 1 degree of temperature increase. If this is good, the issue is most commonly the ignitor WB13X24924. This is tested by amperage. It should read 3.2 to 3.6 amps or the gas valve will never open.
