Vani for Model Number WHIRLPOOL MICROWAVE MODEL GH7208XRS-2 When I try to start the microwave, it operates for 1sec and automatically turns the TURNTABLE to OFF mode and then STOPS operating. I tried resetting the microwave, but still it does the same thing. Its just 4 years old and was in good operating condition till today morning. What should I do?
Answer Hello Vani. The first thing to check here is for a loose or bad connection in the unit. If the connections are good, then it sounds like the control board 8206603 is bad and will need to be replaced in the unit. If the board is bad, it can cause the unit to just stop and shut off.
