Derek for Model Number Whirlpool Quite Plus Regarding 3376397 Float Assembly. There is a rubber piece that seems to get stuck on the inside my float at the top. Is that suppose to be free floating at all times? Assuming that is suppose to stop the water from going up into the float and out of the bottom. I am having a problem with water leaking from the bottom out of the hole from the float switch. Thanks
