Frustrated for Model Number DU920PFGB1 Model DU920PFGB1. Sent in a question to your site 10/2015 for water leaking down on float switch flap and was sent an answer to check the spray arms on the unit for cracks or damage, or clogging. I checked the arms and found no cracks, clogging, or any damage. Unit still drips down from float assy. onto float switch flap. Recently replaced water inlet valve, float assy., and float switch but still leaked. I'm at a loss to stop this problem. I called your help line and was told that it might be the door gasket and I tried to tell the person that I saw the water coming down the float assy. onto the float switch but all I went away with was I need to replace the door gasket. I don't want to put more and more money into this unit by replacing lots of different parts but I would like to stop the leaking. Please can your repair people help me out? Frustrated!
Answer The only other thing it could be is using to much soap in the unit. This causes suds which will cause the float to leak on the unit. If your using tablets and using some form of rinse aid in the dispenser, it will cause to much suds in the unit. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Thursday, October 15, 2015
