Answer Hello Dennis. If you raise the lid, the unit will always fill to maximum level. This is factory setting. If the lid stays closed once the unit is started, it should fill that full unless the load is large. If there is an issue will it filling without being raised, then the temperature switch WPW10248240 will need to be replaced. Read More...
