Theresa Moore for Model Number MHE14XMB0 Your diagram shows both a grease and a charcoal filter. Am I supposed to use both? I bought a house with the microwave in it. The microwave had 2 grease filters side by side. It did not have any other filters. Am I supposed to use a charcoal filter above the grease filter and place both side by side?
Answer Hello Theresa, this units list 2 grease filters 6802A which are located on the bottom portion of your unit facing the cooktop. The charcoal filter 8206444A for this unit is located behind the vent grill on the top front of your unit.
