Cj for Model Number GLT3657RB05 As soon as the ignitor is plugged into the electrical outlet it trips the breaker. Opened up the Glass top to look underneath and it appears one of the ignitor switches is shorted (slightly burnt). it emits a spark and pop when plugged into the electric outlet, immediately tripping breaker. Do i just need to replace the switch or also the spark module? If i buy part 4456901 how easy is it to replace it? I tried to pull out the cables for the existing part but it seemed difficult to extract from the positive terminal. The switch itself just popped out easily. thanks. CJ
Answer CJ, The issue with the harness being burnt could cause the breaker to trip if it is shorting to ground. You would just need to replace the switch harness which has the switches on it. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Thursday, February 12, 2015
