Hello Frank, The Motor not serviced means that the timer motor is not a serviceable part and you would have to get a timer assembly. The timer would come as a complete OEM part with the motor for the timer. You may want to check your drain pump before replacing timer to make sure that the pump has not got broken vanes or that there is a clogged or obstruction.
