Alan G Hernando , FL December 26, 2015 Appliance: Model KAWS750LTO The washing machine quit in the middle of a cycle and would not run I thought that the timer motor must have stopped working so I was going to drag it out to the garbage. Then I went on your website and thought that I would do some research and see if I could fix it. Your videos were incredible and within 10 minutes I had safely removed the part that I thought might be defective. I went on your order area and matched the part up perfectly. I ordered it online at 2:00am.It was shipped within10 hours and I received it the next morning. Wow- I couldn't believe it. The part looked the same so I reinstalled it in about 10 minutes. Now the big moment. Would it work??? I put the plug in and turned on the water.Nothing happened!!!!! Then I remembered that I forgot to turn on the timer. To make a long story short. It is purring like a kitten. I have washed several loads and I swear it feels like a new washer. I feel like a hero, but I owe it all to you guys. Ed M Peoria , AZ November 23, 2019 Washing machine timer Just opened the control panel, released the clip on plugs and remove the knob from the panel(this was the most difficult part). Installation was just a reverse order. The part that was first sent had broken tabs, called and a replacement was in the mail, it's nice to see a company stand behind products, the takeaway is to inspect the replacement part before you start the takedown.
