Michaelb for Model Number WED9200SQ0 I just replaced the heating coil. It went well and dryer is heating again. But I noticed that the wire that ran from the heating coil to the thermostat was not in good shape (insulation burned through). I electrical taped it and I want to order a new one but I see that the replacement wire (279457) only has a terminal at one end, the other is open. I would prefer to have the female socket on both ends as the OEM has it. isn't that safer? How can I find a part that has a terminal at both ends?
Answer Michael, There is not a wire with 2 connectors on it as this is for if the wire gets damaged you would splice this wire to it. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Monday, September 11, 2017
