Hi Larry. You need to check the entire water manifold system to make sure the wash arm in question is coupled into the back manifold correctly. Is everything intact ? Is the rack upper and lower adjustment cocked to one side and not allowing the manifold to enter the manifold probe correctly for water ? If the rack is not adjusted together side to side, then the manifold will be misguided not entering the back water supply tube. If all this is correct then you need to clean the wash arm jet holes for clog with a pick tool. Then flush out under the sink- inverted. Have you cleaned the entire sump filter area down to the chopper blade level so there are no debris blocking the internal pump pressure ?
