Sw for Model Number KUDS01ILWH0 The dishes do not dry currently, top or bottom rack. Would you think that it may be a burnt out heating element? Could you recommend a diagnostic check I could do before I order these parts?
Answer Hello SW. Test the element, it should read closed for continuity. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
