Job for Model Number RT14DKXYW01 I had the unit in storage for a while and when I plugged the unit in, the freezer compartment is working great but the lower unit appears to be cooling less than optimal. What should I check to troubleshoot the cooling issue?
Answer Hello Job, You will need to check the diffuser 2160771 for frost buildup and that the control linkage is properly connected.
