Hello Dina. You will need to test the micro-switch WP2162361 and make sure there is power there, and the switch is working properly. If there is power there, but the switch is bad, you will need to replace the micro-switch. If the switch is good and power is there, you will need to test and see if there is power going to the auger motor WP2212363. If there is power there, and the motor does not run, you will need to replace the motor. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. Hope this helps. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html
