Norris for Model Number GI5SVAXVL00 You helped me with removing the ice maker and module. Now I find that the refrigerator is getting too cold, freezing food. I noticed this BEFORE removing the ice maker. Any possible relation? Maybe I need to check something else. This icemaker is in the refer part, not the freezer. Answer Norris, With the unit getting to cold in the refrigerator compartment, this issue would most likely be caused by either a bad sensor or the damper door be stuck open.
