Hi Sandy. Sorry about your issues. Please check your fill tube that brings the water into the ice maker to see if it is frozen with ice. If so then remove it from the back wall of the freezer and thaw it out. Ir it is clear, then replace the water valve part # is [2188746]. Thank you.
