Paul, the auger solenoid and armature WP2152713 would need to be inspected by moving the plastic square up and down. If it does not move freely, it would need to be replaced. If it does move freely, the next step would be identifying if there is a blockage in the bin where the ice would be pushed out as this could cause the diverter door from not being able to move properly. If these check good, the failure would likely be in the dispenser control WPW10397957.
