Anna for Model Number WRF560SEYM05 Hello, the ice maker in my Whirlpool french-door style fridge (model WRF560SEYM05) stopped working so I ordered part 8201515 and replaced the motor unit. Then the ice maker would successfully make 1 cycle of ice and then stop, with the wire arm in a downward angle but not fully down. If I push the wire arm fully down manually (while pushing the door switch off), then one cycle will start again successfully. If I completely remove the wire arm, the ice maker cycles continuously and produces ice correctly. So I suspect something with the wire arm mechanism, not the motor unit. Is it possible the wire arm is misshapen and needs to be replaced? It looks ok to the eye but maybe is slightly bent? Thanks for any advice. For now, I'm just going to have to manually reach in to adjust the wire down every cycle to get it to make ice.
