Brian for Model Number WRF757SDHZ04 Hello. My icemaker isn't working. I ran test 57 (harvest test) and the display on the door showed numbers 1, 20 & 01. I'm not sure what those numbers mean. I could hear a noise coming from the icemaker during the test. Almost like a light clicking or grinding sound. Maybe a gear not engaging. I heard the same sound before the test. With the doors open I could hear the sound for about 5 seconds then it would stop. Then it would repeat. I'm wondering if the icemaker is damaged. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

IF there is a clicking and grinding sound coming from the ice maker, the motor gear has likely stripped and the ice maker W11658802 would need to be replaced if this is the case. Read More...
