Henry420 for Model Number WSF26C2EXY02 We replaced our ice maker with WPW1025107 a year ago and over the past week, the cube has gotten about half size. We fill the system thru an RO and have tested and have adequate pressure (8oz in 9.5) seconds. Is there a water adjustment on this ice maker or is there some other adjustment needed.
Answer Henry420, Sometimes the fill tube on these units can start to freeze and reduce the fill. It should be a 7.5-second fill and a little less than 5 oz. Open your door and remove the cover from your icemaker and check the fill tube. If frozen let thaw and place a zip tie around the outer area of where the fill tube goes into the door. Read More...
